Observation
Observation is seen as one of the most simple, yet effective methods of assessing young children as they develop. For an early childhood educator, observing a child begins with noting how each child behaves, learns, reacts to new situations and interacts with others.
In this module, you will be guided through the process of how to track student behaviour over time, assess children in all areas of development and create detailed documentation to be shared with parents and supervisors.
Curriculum Planning
The goal of Curriculum Planning module is to teach you how to organise the curriculum around a central theme. We will guide you how to take a theme and integrate it into a series of lessons that will stretch across the curriculum, such as Math, Language, EPL, Sensorial Training Cultural Studies and more.
