At Academy of Montessori, every learner completes 400 hours of supervised or self-directed teaching practice in a verified authentic Montessori environment.

Before entering the classroom, our learners build a strong foundation in Montessori philosophy, principles, and material presentations including 120 hours of in-residence intensive training. Partner schools gain a prepared, knowledgeable practitioner who contributes meaningfully from day one.
